Where do your products ship from?

All of your goodies are shipped from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia through Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location, an estimate should be visible at checkout.

How do I return an item?

If your item is faulty or there is another issue when you received your products, please message me first before attempting to return any products.

I do not accept change of mind returns.

Can I exchange an item?

I will not accept change of mind exchanges. However, if it is an issue of incorrect size then I'd be happy to help. Just contact me and I'll do what I can to assist!

What do you use to make your art/products?

I use Clip Studio Paint for all of my digital artwork, including most of the animations on my Insta and YouTube. My paintings are usually acrylic but I'm venturing into oils. I also have a collection of Copic Ciao markers that I use occasionally :)

I use a Cricut Joy Xtra for a lot of my products. For my clay earrings and coasters I use Sculpey Premo polymer clay.
